Built from firsthand freight-brokerage experience

A better TMS shouldn’t be out of reach.

ServeOps helps small and midsize freight brokerages run today's loads, check carriers, log calls, bill customers, and pay trucks without working out of five tabs.

Who it serves

For brokerage desks where the work moves faster than the software.

Newer teams outgrow spreadsheets fast. Bigger TMS platforms can bury a small desk in setup, clicks, and costs before the first truck is paid. ServeOps keeps the daily freight work close together so the board feels more controlled.

Cover the load

When load details live in scattered notes, exceptions get missed. Keep the load list, search, filters, import, stops, financials, documents, and billing tabs in one place so reps can move with less scramble.

Know the carrier

When carrier files are thin, every dispatch feels risky. Track approval state, onboarding, insurance dates, notes, drivers, load history, and FMCSA details so review work stays visible before the truck rolls.

Log the call

When check calls disappear into texts, nobody knows what changed. Store called-at time, method, ETA, location, notes, load status, exception flags, and user attribution so the desk has a shared memory.

Bill and pay

When paperwork drifts, cash gets delayed. Move Ready to Bill, customer invoices, carrier payments, reconciliation, BOL and carrier-invoice checks, aging, disputes, short pays, settlements, and quick-pay deductions forward with fewer loose ends.

Daily work

Run today's loads without babysitting the system.

ServeOps is built around the work a freight broker actually has to finish before the day gets loud.

Imports that catch the mess before it hits the board. CSV, TSV, TXT, and XLSX imports include preview, mapping, errors, and duplicate handling, so bad rows are easier to fix before they become operational cleanup.
Exports that fit real handoffs. Export CSV, XLSX, PDF, EDI 210, and EDI 214 files when the next party needs a file. EDI 214 export generates shipment-status files for export; transmission and trading-partner automation stay outside this claim.
Billing work that does not wait for a scavenger hunt. AR aging, payment actions, AP received/approved/paid states, factoring payee display, settlement statements, batch mark-paid, and quick-pay deductions help teams push money work forward with less backtracking.
FMCSA carrier information

Carrier information where you actually need it.

Carrier review slows down when one screen has the load, another has the carrier file, and another has public safety data. With a USDOT on the carrier record, your team can sync FMCSA data from the carrier detail page and review the snapshot beside the rest of the carrier file.

Less tab-hopping. More confident carrier decisions.

  • Operating status, authority status, out-of-service date, legal and DBA name, USDOT, MC, address, fleet size, inspections, OOS rates, crashes, cargo, classifications, safety rating, and BASIC scores when available.
  • FMCSA sync stores a snapshot on the carrier record for review. It is not continuous monitoring, insurance verification, fraud detection, automatic approval blocking, or a compliance guarantee.
  • Your team still reviews and approves carriers. ServeOps keeps the carrier facts closer to the work so decisions feel less scattered.
Straightforward value

Practical freight software without smoke and mirrors.

Some tools feel bloated before your team gets value. Others advertise "free" and push the real cost into limits, workarounds, or the next required upgrade. ServeOps is direct: pay for the TMS when the trial ends, keep the work usable, and know what is manual.
